V-Shaped Winged Refractory Anchors are precision-engineered anchoring elements designed explicitly for concrete lining systems in high-temperature industrial applications. Crafted from very dense, heat-resistant materials, these anchors are also commonly referred to as “Hand Weld V for Light-MED Castable”, emphasizing their suitability for manual welding techniques directly onto steel shells. 

These anchors boast a distinctive winged ‘V’ geometry, which enhances the mechanical interlock with the refractory lining and improves load distribution across the surface. This design helps the lining withstand repeated thermal shocks and mechanical stresses, reducing the chances of spalling or delamination in critical applications like industrial furnaces, kilns, or incinerators.
